This policy explains how Vital Distribution Solutions (Pty) Ltd ("Vital", "we") collects and uses personal information through this website, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect

• Enquiries and quote requests: your name, company, email address, phone number and the details you give us about your freight.
• Job applications: your name, contact details, location, cover note and CV.
• Website use: if you accept analytics cookies, anonymous statistics about how the site is used.

Why we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, consider your application and run our business. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

Your information is handled by our own team. It is stored on our website host's servers and emails are sent through an email delivery provider, both of which process it on our behalf only.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we need them to serve you. Job applications and CVs are deleted after 12 months unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Contact our information officer at vital@vitalds.co.za or 011 966 0500. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.
